There are many different prayers of remembrance (known in Arabic as dhikr, pl. adhkaar) that you can recite after you have finished praying, they are short and easy to recite and hold a huge reward for the one who says them.
It should be noted that for those prayers of remembrance that include counting a certain number of times, this should always be done on the fingers of the right hand.
'Abdullāh ibn 'Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said:
"I saw the Messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) counting subḥānallāh on his fingers." In the narration of Ibn Qudāmah: "of his right hand" [Abū Dāwood: 1502]
